How do I receive my reading?

Your reading is a digital experience. Once I have completed your session, I will send your personalized PDF document or Audio recording directly to the email address you provided at checkout (or your Shopify inbox). No physical items will be shipped.

How long will it take to hear from you?

I aim to deliver all readings within 24 hours of your order.

What information do you need from me?

To help me focus the session, please provide your Name, Gender, and Date of Birth. If your question involves another person, their details (name/age) are helpful but optional. You can add these in the "Personalization" box before adding the reading to your cart.

Are these readings confidential?

Absolutely. Every session is a sacred and private ritual. Your details and the insights shared during your reading are kept strictly between us.

Can I ask about health or legal issues?

To keep our space safe and focused on spiritual growth, I do not answer questions regarding medical health, pregnancy, legal battles, or gambling. For these matters, please consult a licensed professional in those specific fields.

Do you offer refunds?

Order Changes and Cancellations
Because I begin working on readings soon after an order is placed to keep up with demand, please email me within 2 hours of your purchase if you wish to cancel or change your order. After this 2-hour window, I’ll be happy to issue a store credit for a future reading instead.

Refunds
Please note that I provide a personalized spiritual service, not a physical product. For that reason, all completed readings are non-refundable.
